Returns and Shipping

At Fresh Fins, we work hard to deliver our product to you as fast as possible. Even though delivery can differ based on the product, expect delivery within 14 days. For our stickers, all shipping costs are free. International orders will have additional shipping fees.

We gladly accept returns, but please notify us at sales@shopfreshfins.com within 5 days of receiving the delivery. Ship items back to us within 14 days of delivery.

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Exchanges

We don't accept exchanges or cancellations. But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

 

The following items can't be returned or exchanged.

• Custom or personalized orders

• Perishable products (like food or flowers)

• Digital downloads

• Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

• Items on sale
